• Collection at Rivonia, Sandton
• Orders must be placed & paid for by 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will only be available the following working day.
• Payment Method: PayFast, Ozow, Bank Transfer (EFT) from FNB or Nedbank. Instant EFT from other banks
• Collection: Next working day between 15:00 & 16:30
• Orders placed on Thursday after 15:00, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be ready for collection on Monday
• Not available for collection on Weekends or Public Holidays

Collection for Orders under R700 - R35

Your order should be ready for collection 2 - 3 working days after payment is received.

Collections are only kept for 3 working days before they are returned subject to a 15% handling fee.

Please bring your printed confirmation email and your ID Document/Driver's License when collecting your order.

We unfortunately do not accept Cash/Payment on Collection.

COLLECTION POINT

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are based in Johannesburg but we ship nationwide.

It generally takes us 2-3 working days to process and dispatch your order after payment is received.

We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via courier (Door to Door).

Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively, the goods will be returned.

Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our bank account including in the event where proof of payment was presented. 

Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day following such day.

Tracking numbers are provided AFTER the order has been collected by the courier company.

We unfortunately do not accept Cash/Payment on Delivery.

We do not offer same/next day delivery as we are unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered in time due to external factors such as supplier delays, loadshedding, courier breakdowns, etc.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Orders under R1000 come with free shipping insurance.

Should you require Shipping Insurance for orders over R1000, please contact us before the order is paid as there is a 2% Shipping insurance fee.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

For areas around Johannesburg including Pretoria Central, delivery generally is the next day from time of dispatch.

For main cities around Gauteng, delivery generally takes between 1-2 days from time of dispatch.

For coastal main cities in  KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern and Western Cape delivery, delivery generally takes between 2-4 days from time of dispatch.

All other areas, delivery generally takes between 3-5 days from time of dispatch, depending on the delivery address.

While we endeavor to adhere to the times above, these times are not guaranteed and there might be instances where we are unable to fulfil the order in the allocated time. However, you will always be informed of any delays.

We do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa.

TRACK & TRACE

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number which you can then use to track your delivery.

ESD (Electronic Software Downloads)

This refers to digital online products only.
Digital Codes are only issued Mondays to Fridays: 09h00-17H00 (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays).
If you place your order outside of these hours it will only be issued the next business day.
The code will be emailed to you 2 to 4 hours after payment confirmation.
Payment must reflect in our account before the codes are issued. PayFast, Nedbank, FNB and instant EFT payments reflect immediately.
Normal EFT Payments from other banks take 1-2 days before they reflect in our account.
Please Note: Only for South African accounts and not refundable once the code has been issued.
