Returns & Refunds Policy


7.1. Tech Zombie will not accept any returns unless the Products are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection of that Product, and only where the packaging and all accessories in the packaging is intact (not damaged) and returned to us (at your cost) within the aforesaid 7 day period. In such a case Tech Zombie will repay the full amount via the same payment method used to pay for the Products less our delivery costs. A handling fee may be charged for items not in their original condition or packaging.

7.2 To accept a return, you must give notice to the Supplier by the Returns section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone/email is not sufficient.

7.3. Tech Zombie cannot be held responsible for a User supplying us with incorrect banking details, and recovery of incorrectly paid refunds is the responsibility of the User.

7.4. Products older than 7 days or with damaged packaging or missing or damaged accessories or contents will not be refunded, but if faulty may qualify for either a warranty claim or repair depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Our decision to reject a return is final and binding on you where it does not meet the above conditions.

7.5. Should your Product become faulty, please contact us for repairs and we’ll assist you with the return process, where the Product is still under warranty from its Supplier/Manufacturer. Please note that some manufacturers have their own system for collecting and returning warranty items, but in every other case Tech Zombie will handle this process subject to Supplier/Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions.

7.6. The goods must be returned after prior arrangement to the address provided by the Supplier. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

7.7 Once the Supplier/Manufacturer confirms that the product is defective, Tech Zombie will make arrangements to return the replaced/repaired product to you at no cost or refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.  In all cases, as per Distance Selling regulation we will deduct the delivery / carriage costs from the refund amount. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Products should you need to return it. If it's found that the Product is defective, you will be refunded the shipping cost of us shipping to you (not the cost of the return shipping). Please contact us before shipping any items to us.

7.8 You do not have the right to cancel the contract/return the product if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods. 

7.9 An order cancelled in transit will incur the standard cancellation fee plus additional transit costs at the expense of the customer.

7.10 In the event of an order returned due to non-delivery, the transit costs will be at the expense of the customer.


7.11 Refunds from payments made with PayFast may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

7.12 Bank Transfer refunds are only made once the funds reflect in our account. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account (No immediate payments).

While other online stores don't have a phone number to call, you are welcome to Call/Whatsapp us during our operating times.
In order for us to give you our FRIGHTENINGLY low prices, payment is based on
Manual Bank Transfer (EFT).
You are also welcome to pay using a Credit Card / Debit Card / Zapper / RCS via PayFast however the PayFast charges are then added to the price (the strikethrough amount). Still a bargain!
Need reassurance? We are a registered company (PTY Ltd) with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and we are also a PayFast merchant. These institutes require vigorous verification before allowing you to register with them.
