In order for you to get the best prices, we recommend that you pay using the Manual Bank Transfer (EFT) payment.
You are welcome to pay online using PayFast/OZOW (the Strikethrough amount), however the processing fee will be added to your final total before you confirm the order.

We unfortunately do not accept:

• Cash
• Cash Deposits
• Cash on Collection/Delivery
• American Express or Diners Club cards
• International Payments

Tech Zombie has SSL security across the site, which means that your payment information & passwords are encrypted and safe.

For Bank Transfer Payments:

• We have bank accounts with 2 banks: Nedbank and First National Bank (FNB).
  Payments from the same bank reflect immediately (Quicker processing of your order!)
  
• Please enter our email address in your banking app in order for us to receive a notification directly from your bank. 
  Downloaded proof of payments, or proof of payments forwarded from your normal email address will result in your order taking longer to process.
  
• Orders are only held for 1 business day before they are cancelled.
• We cannot reserve stock until we've received Proof of Payment.

How Credit and Cheque cards work

1. During the checkout process, buyers are prompted to enter their credit or cheque card details.
2. The 3D Secure page will then appear where they will need to authenticate themselves with their bank using either a password or one-time PIN (OTP).
3. Buyers can then make the payment.
   

How Instant EFT works

1. The buyer selects their bank and logs in using their online banking credentials.
2. Next they choose from which account they will be making the payment.
3. Buyers then verify the payment with their bank on their mobile device.
4. The payment is processed .

How Debit cards work

1. Debit card payments can be made using cards issued by Visa Electron and Maestro.
2. When the buyer chooses to pay by debit card at checkout they are prompted to enter their registered mobile phone number.
   
3. Next the buyer enters their debit card details and PIN on their mobile phone.

How Zapper works

1. Zapper lets you pay with your phone quickly, easily, and safely. 
2. The Zapper app or your Banking app uses your phone's camera to scan a unique QR code to pay.
3. Just scan the code, enter the amount, enter your pin and make your payment.

How store cards work (RCS)

1. During the checkout process, customers are prompted to enter their store card number.
2. The customer receives an OTP via the mobile number that’s linked to their card and enters it to approve the purchase. 
3. The transaction is then processed.

How OZOW works

1. Select OZOW as your payment option when you are shopping online or in-store.
2. Select your bank. We have all 10 of South Africa’s major banks available.
3. Log in and select your account to pay from. Don’t worry, we have security covered.
4. Accept your bank’s authorisation requests. That’s it! Your payment is made.
